All episodes are completely self-contained 45-60 minute experiences for a group of up to five people. See below for descriptions and dates for each episode. The Archives of the Deep Now have been recreated by Submersive from instructions left behind by The Institute of Visionary History before they mysteriously vanished in 1997. Each box from The Archives contains an experiment designed to conjure visions of the past in order to ask a specific question. Episodes Two through Five, found clustered in a corner of the basement archive, appear to be connected in some significant way.
NEXT UP: Episode Five: "She Who Sees and Hears the Cries of the World" Runs November 29-December 2. This experiment was originally conducted in 1836, but was so disastrous the results were suppressed for almost 200 years...until an anonymous informant gave us new information in an effort to answer the question: "How can one escape a curse?" (Actualized by Elizabeth Ung.)
Prior Episodes:
Episode Two: "Project P.S." Runs October 11-14. Subjects needed. Join in on procedures and extractions of metaphysical kurayami with a biomechatronic sculptor to examine the hypothesis that one can obtain enlightenment. (Actualized by Mika Nakano.)
Episode Three: "Altar Ego" Runs October 18-21. You are invited to a unique house party to learn more about your "model citizen" Vietnamese-American neighbor, and explore the boundaries between home and not home. (Actualized by Kim Le.)
Episode Four: "Waters of Oblivion" Runs November 1-4. Explore layers of existence throughout time with a being at the beginning as we seek to discover how one can forge a new identity. (Actualized by Cori Dioquino.)
